This course is suitable for pharmaceutical companies and their agencies who operate on pan-European campaigns or attend international congresses.
It is becoming increasingly important for UK based agencies not only to have an up to date knowledge of the ABPI Code but also the other national Codes that operate across the European region. In fact many pharmaceutical companies are making it a contractual requirement that agency staff are compliance trained on a regular basis.
This seminar has been designed to increase knowledge and understanding of the rules governing the promotion of medicines in Europe and raise awareness of local variability in compliance requirements. It will include an update of the changes to the ABPI Code.
Although the style is presentational there will be time for questions and discussion. These discussions form an important part of the course equipping participants to meet business objectives relating to pan European marketing and for this reason the number of delegates per course will be restricted.
