Judith GriceDr Judith Grice, Director of PharmaCodes Compliance Limited, gained her doctor of pharmacy for a thesis in promotional regulatory practices. She is the author of Global Pharmaceutical Marketing: A practical guide to Codes and Compliance published in 2008 and Compliance, Codes and Communications published in 2009, and updated for 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

A UK registered pharmacist with a M.Sc. in clinical pharmacy she joined the pharmaceutical industry from the health service in 1994. During this time she has held various positions in medical affairs and medical communications where she has gained extensive experience in approving promotional materials. This included regulatory accountability for the compliance of international marketing campaigns for a major global company.

Paul Woods, BPharm, MA(Medical Ethics & Law)

Paul Woods Paul is a consultant in marketing and sales ethics and compliance has worked in medical information, clinical research and medical affairs roles. In his previous post at a major global company he was responsible for overseeing compliance policies working in the Global Compliance Group. He also advised on world-wide promotional regulatory standards and led the company's promotion 'Nominated Signatories' network.

Paul was a member of the committees overseeing both the IFPMA and EFPIA marketing codes of practice and was involved in revising the EFPIA Patient Organisation code. He has been at the forefront of leading and developing compliance education and has been awarded a Master of Arts degree in Medical Ethics and Law that included an ethical analysis of European law relating to information on prescription medicines for patients.

Dr Richard Olbrich, BSc (Hons), PhD, FSB

Richard OlbrichRichard Olbrich has an honours degree in Biochemistry with Microbiology, a PhD in Biochemical Engineering and is a Fellow of the Society of Biology.

Richard has hands on pharmaceutical industry promotional compliance experience gained at a national and global level having worked for over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked for many years for a major pharmaceutical company as a global nominated signatory across multiple therapy areas reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials. He also has experience of working with numerous companies as a strategist particularly in neuroscience and oncology medical education projects.
